Clear is known for his ability to distill complex topics into simple behaviors that can be easily applied to daily life and work. I actually think this is key information that provides a healthy balance in life, and belongs right up there in chapter 1 with all the other information about identity. For one, habits, once formed, can become an ingrained part of our lives, effortlessly being integrated in our day to day routines and actions.There are many other books I got from this challenge too, and they are already on my next reading list. When you work to form good habits they accumulate and build upon each other and you see major changes with very small actions. For example, waking up every day at 6 am, reading a book for 5 min or 1 page every single day, and practicing the guitar for five minutes.

James Clear wanted to read a lot of books and make a summary of the concepts he would implement for self-improvement.
