About this deal

Now committed to a halfway house, Tommy becomes a suspect when the carnage continues in the area; Friday The 13th Part 7-When a telekinetic camper accidentally unchains Jason from the depth of Crystal Lake she can only hope that her powers can save her from the ax-wielding maniac. The last box set was released in 2005, for which some pretty awful movie transfers were copied to DVD.

Language(s):English,Dubbedlanguages:French,German,Italian,Portuguese-Brazilian,Spanish-Castilian('Fridaythe13thUncut'). This is likely a result of the filmmaking technique, but it does rob the image of some of its detail. No matter, as they were kind enough to port over the material from Paramount's deluxe edition DVD and give most of it an HD bump! Friday the 13th: The Complete Collection is an excellent, if imperfect, box set that should please fans despite a couple of nagging issues. Dubbedlanguages:'Fridaythe13thJasonLives','Fridaythe13thTheNewBlood','Fridaythe13thJasonTakesManhattan', HardofHearingSubtitles:English, Subtitles:FRIDAYTHE13THUNCUT:English,Dutch,Finnish,French,German,Italian,Norwegian,Portuguese-Brazilian,Spanish-Castilian,Spanish-LatinAmerican,Swedish.Cunningham's Friday the 13th was a surprise hit for distributor Paramount and sparked a legacy of sequels, merchandise and Camp Crystal Lake lore that continues to grow thirty-three years later.

This disc is almost identical to the 2009 Blu-ray release, but Warner Brothers has re-authored it with a 6. Personify this phenomenon with a undead, unstoppable ghoul who slashes all in their prime, and you have a money making machine! But this time, in addition to terrified teenagers, he meets a young boy named Tommy Jarvis who has a special talent for horror masks and make up, leading up to a horrifying, bloody battle that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Also included are The Friday the 13th Chronicles, Part VIII (14:32/SD); New York Has a New Problem - The Making of Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan (18:02/HD); Slashed Scenes (12:56/HD); a Gag Reel (4:54/HD); and the film's Original Theatrical Trailer (1:19/SD).Green and Lynch’s commentary is by the far the most entertaining, as it affords an illustration of the touching fan devotion that even the flimsiest movies can inspire. I would suggest watching the first half of the film in 2D, so as to avoid a headache before the second half, which has the best 3D kill moments, including a well-timed harpoon bit. I don't necessarily agree but it's hard to argue that Part III is anything more than a carbon copy of the previous two films glossed up with some tricky camera moves. Some of the plot is kind of stupid (not necessarily a huge criticism for this series), but Part IV lays the groundwork for an expanded Friday the 13th universe and wrangles in the brother of a previously murdered character as a capable opponent for Jason.
