To create colored white chocolate drizzles, pour the colored white chocolate into a squeeze bottle or piping bag and drizzle over your dessert as desired. Chris also got bold, colourful results when he dusted the powders over chocolate mould cavities before filling them with liquid chocolate. Once the chocolates had set, they each revealed a beautiful smooth top coating of colour and a lovely gloss.
